When we give a quote, we quote based on the information you provide. Please provide the most accurate information available. If you do not know the answer to all of the questions we ask, please let us know that your information is approximate or that you don’t know. Should the dimensions, weight, ready date or required delivery date change after we quote the shipment we will requote the shipment.
When you fill out this information, we do not share your information with anyone. Ever. We will respond to your quote request via email as quickly as possible. Typically we respond within 2 hours when your request is received Monday – Friday between the hours of 0600 and 1800 PST. If you have submitted your request for a transportation quote outside of these hours please allow additional time to receive your quote back. Time sensitive and emergency transportation quotes are available at any time day or night. Please call us at 360-402-6981 for all time sensitive transportation quotes.
When you are ready to schedule your transport, you can call us to confirm your quote or respond to the email we sent you. Your transport is not confirmed until you have signed your load confirmation and made payment arrangements. Quotes for expedited and emergency transportation expire 2 hours after the quote is issued. All other quotes are valid for 7 days.
