20ft Conex Container Delivery

Conex Shipping Container Transport and Delivery

No way to pick up your container is no problem!  Our drivers will load and unload your container without assistance.

Container transportation is one of the specialized services we offer.   Our drivers are equipped with trailers that can self load and self unload shipping containers from most areas.  The most common containers we transport are 20′ and 40′ empty Conex shipping containers, but we can also move 45′ and 53′ empty containers as well as 20′ and 40′ loaded Conex shipping containers.

For all types of container moves, we will need 100′ of free and clear space in front of the container where it currently sits as well as 100′ of free and clear space at the delivery location where you would like the container placed.  We will also need 5′ of space behind the container and 1′ of space on both sides of the container to allow us to pick it up and set it down.   In most cases, the truck and trailer we will use to transport your container will be between 65′ and 75′ long and 26,000 to 36,000 pounds.  Access to the container from the main road must be able to accommodate a vehicle of this size and weight.  Please let us know if there are any narrow gates, narrow driveways, sprinkler systems in the path we will drive across and what type of ground is at both locations (dirt, grass, asphalt, concrete, gravel, mud).

We do not require you to be onsite for your container move.  Our skilled drivers can place your container exactly where you would like it without you physically there.  Many customer prefer to mark the area with paint, flags or even cones and not have to leave work to meet the driver.

We make every effort to get your container move scheduled on the date and time you request.  We accept container transport orders up to 6 months in advance.  We are typically scheduling at a minimum 3 days out.  If you have a specific day and time you need your container moved, please provide as much notice as possible.  We do accept same day and next day orders if we have drivers available.  Summer months (June – September) are our busy season for container transports.

Container moves in winter months that have dirt and/or grass ground types can require advanced planning and may require a 4 wheel drive vehicle.  If your locations have soggy ground, we may need to plan for a day that has drier conditions.

We offer quotes over the phone or you can fill out our Container Transport Request form and we will email your quote to you.
